L.Y.F.E. – Leading Youth to Feel Empowered!

The Comprehensive Case Management Employment Program (CCMEP) provides work experience, on the job training opportunities, leadership development, academic assistance, and training services to youth between the ages of 16 and 24. 

Eligibility guidelines for the program

Programs assist youth and young adults who are identified as having barriers to employment. We assist those who:

• Are pregnant or a young parent
• Have dropped out of high school
• Are a current or former foster child
• Are involved with the court system
• Are homeless
• Have a disability
• Are low-income

The Erie County L.Y.F.E. program can help with:

• Earning your high school diploma or GED.
• Developing leadership ability, finance management, and other life skills
• Connecting you to job placements, internships, and other opportunities.
• Post-secondary Education and training.
• Much more
